Launching the Lifeboat at St Ives.
Dear Timmy,
The lifeboat is only having a practice, so that is why you don't see the crew in their yellow oilskins and life jackets. That is the pier I see from my window. When the tide goes out all the boats look so silly just perched up on the sand.
