Sioux Look-Out, famed Indian look-out point, where early settlers making their way west on the Oregon Trail could be watched by the Sioux and Cheyenne Indians.  The Rock is located near the southern entrance to Nebraska's Wild-Cat Hills not far from Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
